This is a great gift! The person I gave the pillow to loved that their dog face is now a pillow. I loved the results so much I purchased 3 more with my pet. I only recommend uploaded image have GOOD lighting since the option on what the final result of pillow look like (as a pillow). One of my dog image was too dark and is what the pillow now looks like with barely seeing her eyes. Overall, I will be a return customer.

I chose a smaller pillow because the picture was older. I chose to have them send me a proof, just in case there was an issue with the picture. They e-mailed me the proof within days and shipped the pillow a few days after I approved it. The pillow is so cute and is on our couch. Our cat had passed 2 years ago and though we have three others, nothing could fill the void. The pillow reminds us of him and it is as though he is still with us. I have no issues with their service. Those are the words I would use to describe my pillow. They are also 100% machine washable. I had to put soap product on the white parts to get it to be clean but you can get them back to 100% with a washing machine.The ink didn't fade when I washed it.

I was pleasantly surprised to receive the pillows with the design on both the front and back of them. The only thing I wish you would offer on the custom pillows is a choice of background color. I have a white dog and another choice other than white would have made the subject more striking.
